【检测原理】
病毒RNA首先逆转录为cDNA，随后根据肠道病毒型别，使用相应的性引物对病毒基因组进行特异性扩增。扩增后的产物可以直接与Nanopore的PCR Barcode Kit上机试剂盒无缝衔接进行三代测序，也可以衔接各类二代测序建库试剂盒，进行二代测序。
